HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact our groups department on 01462 226672 or complete the group booking enquiry form online and let us know what your requirements are, be it exploring sights 4 nights in Las Vegas, Dubai or 1 week exploring Kuala Lumpar.
2. As all tours are tailor-made we will discuss all your requirements from hotel, budget, duration and lecture/guide needs with our widespread network of partner suppliers around the world to make an initial itinerary and price proposal.
3. If needed, changes are made to the itinerary to suit any budgetary or itinerary preferences.
4. Pay the group arrangement booking fee. You give us the go ahead and we make all the provisional hotel and flight reservations.
5. Once the tour is finalised and confirmed we prepare a detailed colour flyer for distribution to group members. It will detail the itinerary, inclusions and the group members are given non refundable deposit price and deposit due date price.
6. Bookings are made and confirmation invoices are sent out.
7. Group communication set up i.e WhatsApp for assistance, questions and preparations.
8. The tours goes ahead with liaisons throughout the tour as necessary.
9. We liaise with the organisers to ensure that all went according to plan.
