Requirements:
- Malaysia - hold a passport valid for at least six months from your date of entry with at least one blank pag
- complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within 3 days prior to arrival
- The Visa you apply separately and is not included in price but you will get assistance from us.
- Bali - a passport valid for at least six months from your arrival date (with 2+ blank pages) and a confirmed return or onward ticket
- An approved e-VOA, the unified All Indonesia Arrival Card, and proof of the 150,000 IDR tourist levy
